I know what you’re thinking.

Love my period? That’s impossible. Periods suck.”

And okay, maybe I don’t mean ‘love’ exactly. What I mean is appreciate, respect, understand, and connect with your period. But that’s not as catchy, so we’re going with love.

The Love Your Period program is designed to empower you with knowledge about how your cycle and your body should function. There is so much more to your health, your fertility, and your hormones than simply bleeding once a month, and I’d love to teach you how mastering your cycle can be a secret window into your health and happiness.

This program is for you if…

  • You struggle with painful periods, PMS, irregular cycles, trouble sleeping, low mood, fatigue, or other signs of a hormone imbalance.

  • You want to take charge of your fertility because you have plans for children in the future.

  • You never ever want children in the future.

    (Spoiler alert—fertility is important for your overall health even if you have no plans for children)

  • You want to connect to the natural rhythms of your body and understand how they function so you can take control of your health.

  • You’re ready to stop using hormonal birth control and want to learn to support your body during this transition.

  • You want to learn about natural and effective birth control—even if you’re not ready to stop using hormonal birth control yet.

Having horrible PMS and period symptoms has become so common that it’s considered just a normal part of being a woman—something you have to put up with and suffer through. But many of these symptoms, such as extreme cramping, heavy clotting, migraines, and intense nausea, are NOT normal. They are signs from your body that something is off. Let’s work together to decipher the signs so you can start to heal.

Program Details

This 12 week group program is designed to teach you the ins and outs of your cycle, empower you to work with your body instead of against it, and start you on the path to fixing your unpleasant period symptoms.

-Two lessons per week (completed at your own pace) on topics ranging from cycle tracking and hormone friendly foods, to sleep and liver support, and more.

-A weekly group call where we’ll dive deeper into the latest topics, have open Q&A, and share wins or progress.

-Access to a private community full of women ready to support each other on their journey to better hormone health.
